OUR MISSION is to promote woodworking products in such a way as to insure mutual benefits to the manufacturing suppliers we represent and the customers we serve while maintaining high levels of ethics, integrity and honesty in all our business dealings.

BOYD AND COMPANY is an independent manufacturers representative agency representing manufacturers of wood components, edge treatments, specialty panel products and hardware.  The agency was originally started by John Stovall and operated and STOVALL AND ASSOCIATES for twenty years.  Upon Mr. Stovall's retirement in 1989, the agency changed its name to BOYD AND COMPANY and was taken over by Patsy Boyd who had been with the agency eight years.  In l990 Erick Boyd, Patsy's husband, joined the company and worked as a sales agent until his recent death.

Patsy Boyd    Patsy started in the woodworking industry in 1970 working for a kitchen cabinet manufacturer.  In 1982 she became a sales agent for STOVALL AND ASSOCIATES, taking over the agency in 1989 and changing the name to BOYD AND COMPANY. In addition to sales, marketing and customer service, Patsy is also responsible for coordinating manufacturers programs, major account development and daily business operations of the agency.  Patsy graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a B.B.A. in Management.

OUR SALES TERRITORY includes the states of  Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas

OUR CUSTOMER BASE is primarily OEMs and Industrial Distributors

OUR ACCOUNTS include manufacturers of Kitchen Cabinets, Residential and Office Furniture, Institutional and Store Fixtures and  Hospitality Furniture  

OUR DISTRIBUTORS supply Laminates, Hardware, Wood Panel Products, and Building Supplies
